Openpushing Pest Control wants every homeowner to have a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, please tell us. This page explains how to make a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
You are welcome to contact us about:
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own estimates, prices, products, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work done in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly. Keep a written record as you go.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Please know that Openpushing Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.
If your worry is about how a pesticide was applied, you can also contact the agency that regulates pest control in Washington.

We acknowledge your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we look into what happened. This may include reaching out to the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If our answer does not feel right, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau.
